MTS Alliance Tournaments

On a quarterly basis, with the support of the largest manufacturer of autoclaved aerated concrete in Kazakhstan – Alliance MTS LLP @alyansmtckz and the Kaissa public foundation, international classical chess tournaments are held with the participation of the strongest chess players with a prize fund of 5,000,000 tenge.

This is a truly great event and a holiday for chess players. To compete on the chessboards, participants, masters and grandmasters not only from Kazakhstan, but also from other countries come to the capital.

The top boards of the tournament are broadcast on the world’s online chess platforms.

From 2022 to 2024, we held 11 such tournaments.

The club also holds monthly rapid tournaments with a prize fund of 500,000 tenge. The total annual prize fund of this tournament is 6,000,000 tenge.

In addition, every week chess players of 2nd rank and above gather at the club to enjoy the game, raise their rating and win cash prizes.
